PATTERN SOURCE

Pattern Source defines the fundamental lineage of a visual motif. In luxury design, this spectrum ranges from Geometric (mathematical logic and grids) to Organic (biological growth and geology) and Cultural (historical narrative and expression). It dictates whether a surface speaks the language of the ruler, the earth, or the artist.

Cinematic architectural detail. A wall of vertical, rhythmic wood fluting (slats). The lines are perfectly straight and spaced with mathematical precision. The play of light and shadow creates a strict, ordered stripe pattern. Minimalist and rational.

Geometric & Structural

Patterns derived from mathematical shapes, lines, and architectural logic. They are born from the ruler and the compass. This creates a sense of order and rationality on the surface, echoing the principles of Geometric Abstraction.
