Phase II: Creative Curation

Phase III: Design Developement

The Process & Deliverables
Phase I-IV: The Master Plan

Phase V: Bidding & Contractor Liaison

Phase VI: Procurement & Construction Administration
During the build, we serve as your singular point of accountability.
