The creation of a home of significance is a high-stakes endeavor. For years, I observed a fundamental flaw in how high-end residential projects were managed: a chasm between the brilliance of a design and the realities of its execution. This disconnect creates risk and forces compromise.
Meridian Atelier was conceived as the definitive solution. My approach is rooted in a rare duality of expertise: the creative vision of a design studio, uniquely informed and grounded by the deep, pragmatic knowledge of a designer with a general contractor license in California.
